Property Maintenance and Cleaning: With customers moving in and out, cleaning the units is required. Do you know that joy you feel when you enter a clean room? That’s what we want for our customers. Cleaning around the property and office is also part of it. This is not just for the customers; you also deserve to work in a clean environment. Daily walks around the property to make sure everything is working properly. As a handy person some things you will know how to fix, and for all the other ones contacting vendors to get the job done is the way to go. Some boring (or not) paperwork like auction files, tenant letters, reports and other office activities. What do we need from you? You may be responsible for multiple stores and making trips to the bank so reliable transportation and a valid driver's license is required. You will be working alone or in a small team most of the time, so we hope that’s something you look forward to it. Cleaning and maintaining the property requires some physical activities, so make sure you are able to lift up to 50 lbs. as well as push, pull, bend and lift. Regularly walking the property is required. SROA is an Equal Opportunity employer and uses the federal government E-Verify system to verify employment eligibility.
